All our visiting staff are fully vaccinated and have had appropriate boosters.
We are not currently wearing masks to visit people at home. If you would prefer the person visiting you to wear a mask during the appointment, please advise this at the time of booking, and we will be happy to do so.
If you develop symptoms of Covid, we would be very grateful if you could inform us before your visit so that it can be rearranged. If the visit is for an urgent animal health or welfare issue, please notify us, and we will do our best to perform a contactless visit.
